Building Painting

The outside painting of the building will commence on 26 November 2007. This should take 2 weeks. Once this is completed the fencing can be finised and the sun sails installed.

Security gate almost finished.

The gate is installed and so is the motor. All wired up and commissioning will take place on 19 November 2007. Finally.

Apartments nearing completion

By the end of this week (9 Nov 2007) apartments 3,4,9,13 and 20 will be finished and available for rent.

The fence is up.

Finally the security fence has been installed. The gate motor arrives this week and all going well should be working by the end of the week.

Gate Electricity Cable

The electricity cable for the security gate has been run and we now wait for the gate to be delivered and installed. Looking like the week after Labour weekend.

Sky Cable Installed

The cables have been run and will be terminated over the next few days. Once the satellite dish and aerials are installed the building will be Sky TV ready as well as having free to air TV reception.

Outdoor living areas

After a 4 week delay because of wet weather the blue chip ground cover is now in place for the outdoor living areas. The clothes lines and foot stones will be installed early next week and then the fencing can be erected. The bark gardens and plantings are all that’s left before the shade sails and fence staining.

Security Fencing On the Way

The security fencing and gate are on the way. Galvanising is all that is needed now for the panels and gate which should see them delivered before Labour weekend. Installation will then commence.

Security Fences

The security fence around the apartment complex will be galvanised Heritage, about 2 metres high. The Front gate will be a galvanised slider with remote control openers.

The walkway and deck hand rails will be repainted in a colour that will compliment the building.
